My husband and I went here to celebrate Cinco De Mayo. We were surprised to see a full parking lot and cardboard cutouts to take pictures next to in the front of the restaurant, considering we drove by two other Mexican restaurants just before, and they were practically empty. We went in and the bar was busy, which we liked.... More

Went with 4 friends to celebrate my birthday. Was not terribly busy, short wait for table. Good drinks, tasty chips and fresh salsa. Food was ordered and delivered quickly and was very yummy - steak fajitas!! Attentive and friendly staff. Only concern was fitting 5 into a booth was a little tight but otherwise great night.

Coyote Blue is one of our favorite local restaurants. The margaritas are fantastic and potent! Although the menu is limited, they always have specials and often seasonal menus. I like the fajitas, the stir fry ( I do ask for less salt) and the tortilla basket with grilled shrimp. Since the restaurant is very small it does get crowded. We... More

The food here is very good and their house margaritas are to die for, just plan on long waits and rude customers if you go on a Friday or Saturday night. They do not take reservations and at peak dinner time their patent response is we'll take your name but it's going to be an hour wait. Don't let that... More

We decided to try Coyote Blue on a recommendation from a family member. We were a party of 6 people arrving at 7:15pm on a Saturday night. We were told about an hour wait. We waited in the bar area and each had a Margarita (and free chips and salsa.) Drinks good chips salsa good as well. The people came... More

We heard about Coyote Blue from a local tv station review. We went that following saturday and was really pleased with the experience. Although crowded, the staff was top notch, we were quickly served chips / salsa with a margarita while we waited for a table. I had the coyote combo to get a taste of what they had to... More

From our past experience, Coyote Blue always had fresh food and great drinks. Since we hadn't been there in a few years and wanted a good TexMex meal, we decided to go there again. The place hasn't changed, margaritas are great and the atmosphere is still lively and fun, however, we were very disappointed with the food. We first ordered... More

Coyote Blue is a fun restaurant with more tequilla choices than you could ever try. They make a margarita that is famous and mighty tasty too. The food is always fresh and well prepared. The portions are generous and the sauces to try plentiful A MUST try!

Don't waste your time. You'll spend half your evening waiting to be seated in what's essentially a trailer, with the hopes of there being something you like on a very small, limited menu. Yes, the margaritas are amazing, but the service is slow and the bartenders are rude. No thanks.

Coyote Blue has the happiest customers. I wonder if it might be the libations? Never ever have I tasted a better margarita! The warm chips and salsa brought immediately to your table start the evening off. My favorite dish is the Shrimp Quesadilla, always the same great taste. Consistency is what Coyote Blue is all about. Never, ever change your... More
