Went with 4 friends to celebrate my birthday. Was not terribly busy, short wait for table. Good drinks, tasty chips and fresh salsa. Food was ordered and delivered quickly and was very yummy - steak fajitas!! Attentive and friendly staff. Only concern was fitting 5 into a booth was a little tight but otherwise great night.

Coyote Blue is a fun restaurant with more tequilla choices than you could ever try. They make a margarita that is famous and mighty tasty too. The food is always fresh and well prepared. The portions are generous and the sauces to try plentiful A MUST try!

Don't waste your time. You'll spend half your evening waiting to be seated in what's essentially a trailer, with the hopes of there being something you like on a very small, limited menu. Yes, the margaritas are amazing, but the service is slow and the bartenders are rude. No thanks.
