It was pretty good. I have had a better burger but it was walking distance from the motel. It is right off the highway and in a pretty large shopping district if you need anything else.

Very good service and I love their chocolate milk shakes. Also their onion straws are a perfect snake if your feeling snaky. it is a good place to hang out with your friends and eat really well done burgers. But the downer is that you would wait for 30-40 mins to wait for the person to lead you to your... More

Slow and dirty waste of time staff is rude and management could care less if we were happy What kills me the most is waiting for our food but when you look over the cooks are in the back eating on the line

Overall okay, go expecting average and you will find that is what you get. I was disappointed they changed their menu yet again. But overall good burger and fry place. But honestly, Five Guys is cheaper and tastier

There's a lot to like here. The menu is driven by middle-American choices, primarily burgers and chicken. But there are other choices as well. The fries that accompany the burgers are bottomless, and the burger/roll/accessories is a large portion. Good coice of appetizers. Free refills on the non-alcoholic drinks, and the beer selection isn't extensive, but it's adequate. Great place... More

I would hope people at RRGB are monitoring all the reviews as they pertain to their Western MA/Northern CT stores, and know that they should be taken as constructive criticism. Whenever I've been gourging myself on any style of their burgers, I always find that they have been quite delicious. Not at all "over salty" as some have eluded to.... More

Long wait lots of screaming ids. Thank god for bar. Looked like a snowpile of salt in the middle of my ,mushroom swiss burger. Grossest burger ever. Never will go again. would rather eat salt from one of those little packets.

Our first trip to Red Robin Yum! Would I eat there again? Doubt it. I'm over 50 and was with my family and just didn't click with the environment there.

Had not frequented this chain for years. Didn't miss anything! Standard fare. Not exceptional in any way. Did enjoy onion ring tower - hot and perfectly breaded. Service was sub-par. Waitress didn't set table with napkins or silver until we brought it to her attention. Drink orders were not all filled at same time which meant some in party were... More

Unbelievably horrific dining experience. Let me start by making a list. We had guests from out of town that had never wated at a Red Robin. 1. Hair in my sons burger 2. Daughters wrap prepared incorrectly 3. Guests burger had wrong cheese 4. Husbands salad was sans dressing 5. Waited 15 min for mayo and mustard for my burger.... More
