We ate here when recently visiting the outlets. The indoor cafe area serves soups, sandwiches, hot dogs, and grilled items. Outdoors we ate freshly prepared gyros. They weren't stellar but hit the spot for our party with small children.

If you are at the outlets and hungry I wouldn't recommend eating here even though there are seemingly no other options. It's local knowledge that the place is pretty unsanitary... if the patio grill is open it's a much better choice, the burgers are tastier and more cleanly than anything you'll eat at the Bristol cafe.
