We've been coming here since they opened. Always good service and good food at reasonable prices. Large selection of Tequilas and beers. The portions are large by anyone's standards so you won't leave hungry. Nice decor with booths and tables. My only complaint is the salsa served with the chips when you sit down is watery. It's like they used... More

Many delicious Mexican dishes as well as margaritas. Chips and bean dip is great before the meal. Prices and service are great.

Fiesta Jalisco is a small chain. I have eaten at the Silverthorne restaurant three times now, and it has been consistent. It's the place my friends and I hit after several nights winter-camping in the Gore Range, when we are ready for warmth! Speedy service, pretty good Tex-Mex menu, big portions, reasonable price.

This place is tucked into the strip mall just SE of the Silverthorne/Dillon exit from I-70, if you are headed to Keystone or A-Basin. I was in there on a busy Friday night and got seated quickly and had great service. I had the Chile Verde w/ Pork special and, as I usually do, I ordered a single Tamal to... More

The sign outside has the world real larger than the name of the restaurant. It seemed to be pretty standard Mexican fare, but the service was good and we enjoyed it.

We tried Fiesta Jalisco in another mountain town and thought it was good, so we tried this one. Big mistake! The food was terrible and served right after we ordered it. Makes you wonder.....The margaritas weren't something to brag about. There are other Mexican restaurants around that are worth goin to.

We live in Breckenridge and frequently stop here when we are in the east side of the county. Reasonably priced and pretty good quality with friendly service. Try the esspresso burrito, which is a nicely marinated pork burrito with excellent seasoning. They have recently added some entrees to the menu which I haven't tried, but look to be an expansion... We've been to this restaurant several times and finally had to cross it off our list. The food is ok but the service is poor. The cheese dip is average but the salsa is really good. With so many other good restaurants in the area, don't bother.

Fast, plentiful, affordable food. (For Summit County) Strip mall atmoshere. Good free chips and salsa and bonus free cole slaw like salad that is great. Free soda refills too. Mexican sports on the TV. Go hungry, leave happy
