We try to go to Fiesta Guadalara once a month. Great foor and excellent Margaritas. I love the carne asada
Jorge the manger would no accommodate toast instead of crackers. Wanted to charge extra for replacing crackers with 2 pieces of toast. Ingredients clearly don't taste fresh. Saving a nickle to lose a dollar.
The first time I went there I had a hair in my food. The second time, there were flies everywhere and when we where about to leave, I watched ants crawling on the floor. Yuck!

Ate lunch here while in Rifle. Very, very popular local spot, just north of Hwy 70 on the access/frontage road. Many local workers eating here, which was a good sign.
