Even though my favorite bartender in Ouray calls himself "Mr. Grumpypants" he's still my favorite!...AND he makes yummy beer! Make sure you BRING CASH. and check your attitude at the door!

It was a very laid back place. Owner, despite claims of being grumpy, was actually quite nice. Outstanding beer.

I was shocked by the rude treatment of the Ourayle bartender until my frineds explained that it the theme of the bar. The sign even says "Mr Grumpypants" We had a nice time on the front deck and enjoyed some reallly good beers. I can recommend it.

Went here two out of three days for a snack/beer...if you get lucky you can sit at the bar on an actual swing while you enjoy your freshly brewed ale and some really good chicken wings!

This place (& owner) have lots of character and delicious beer. Visited here with friends and Mr. Grumpypants delivered! Not pretentous or touristy- just great beer in a comfortable setting. Our favorite brew! and loved the dog who warily patrolled out front!

We stopped in here after visiting the website. It is a great little quirky brewery with a wonderfully "grumpy pants" brewer. We had a fun time tasting his beers, conversing as it were, and playing a bit of backgammon as we relaxed.

This is a very small brewery with no food but lots of personality! My boyfriend and I loved the small feel and quality beer. Had a great time sitting on the front porch sipping beer and talking with locals and visitors.

Hutch is great lot's of personality and very interesting to talk to. Don't miss this gem, it's not fancy it's fun.
