Forget the chain ice cream stores, we met a Chocolatier (like mouse-ka-teer only makes the chocolate). It's obvious she loves what she does. The ice cream (hand made) featured many, many flavors and was excellent. It became our last stop of the evening each night. Stores like this make Manitou Springs so special. We saw several ice cream places while we were walking around Manitou Springs, but my sons insisted Pikes Peak Chocolate and Ice Cream was where we were going. Nice shop in the middle of town with icecream and chocolates but overpriced.Save your money and find somewhere else to buy your icecream which was not the best i have eaten

While shopping and touring Manitou Springs, we saw a great number of people coming out of this ice cream/chocolate shop & just had to stop in for a scoop. Delicious ice cream...really different flavors as well. Not as pricey as some ice cream shops. Recommend the chocolate mocha with coffee beans!

Get two scoops for a bang for your buck! Unique ice cream flavors. Great dark chocolate nut caramel clusters, too. Service very friendly.

Best thing here is the ice cream, the only other place to get it (that I"m aware of) is at the downtown Josh & John's location. The chocolates are alright.
