Tucked away in a small group of stores is a small intimate restaurant that I dined at when I visited my daughter in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado. I knew I was in for a delightful eating experience when I saw the menu. Obviously the chef loves his work as the combination of ingredients were interested, varied and delicious. I understand... Food was very good. All else was mediocre and/or overpriced Plain Martini: $12. Other wise the food was priced as we expected: 3 diver scallops and a crab cake $29; a half lobster/pasta dish was $36. Very limited, one page menu. lots of appetizers, maybe 6 or 8 entrees. We were sat up against a wall and the a/c draft... More

We have been about 6 times since this place opened and each time it has been nearly perfect. the homemade pasta dishes are unique and incredibly yummy and I love the oyster mushroom salad (I crave it all the time). we used to go into the city for a "fancy" meal but now we just go down the street. sure... 30th Anniversary Checklist: Dozen Roses - check. Bottle of Champagne identical to one from 1st reception - check. Dinner at superb restaurant - Oh. Yeah. Ratings systems aren't subtle enough, and that's why I don't normally give a place the max number of stars or forks or whatever, but in the case of The Wooden Table, I'll allow it. My... More

I had been meaning to get here for a while. Hidden away in a shopping mall setting, it was recommended to me by one of Denver's top chefs, and it was not a disappointment. Beautifully served, flavorful food. Friendly attentive service. Interesting and varied wine list. Excellent variety of bar drinks put together by a bartender who obviously loves what... More

Easy restaurant to stop for lunch for us living in Greenwood Village/Cherry Hills Village. Small menu with very limited options, but everything (other than the ravioli - do not order!) is delicious and made to order, tasting fresh. Beware that clientele for lunch is very mature, definitely not a place to go on a date for lunch. Service is extremely... More

We were taking friends from out of town to dinner along with our older children. We wanted a nice menu, some place that we could take well behaved older children along and the bonus is that it is nearby. We had Gary as our server, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave great service. All the food we had was very... More

This is a great neighborhood resturant with great food, very good service and a very nice atmosphere. I particularly like the appetizer choices...the chicken pâté is my favorite and any one of the pasta dishes. The gnocchi tonight was delicious? The Caesar is very well prepared and consistently good.

Cute place! This easy to find location is a nice alternative to driving to downtown trying to find parking. Our server was attentive and helpful! The tres leches cake was the BEST i have ever had.
