So we pulled into Durango at 9:30 on a Friday night. Three hungry, thirsty, tired drivers after 14 hours on the road. Not many places open but we limped into Steamworks Brewing not wanting a too heavy meal at 10 pm. Soup and salad seemed about right so I ordered it with the clam chowder. A must visit in Durango for the atmosphere and nice staff (rare in this town), but the food just isn't that great. I wish they'd be a little less experimental with the menu and get the easy stuff right before trying to get fancy.

I was on vacation abd was looking for a fun place with good food....this is a great place, highly recommend it

As a beer hunter, I was immediately impressed with the 16 house brews on tap.
