Description: django's is a locally owned restaurant at the base of Mt. Crested Butte, gaining national attention for its seasonal menu of globally inspired small plates. This culinary adventure offers a fun dining experience best shared with friends: the plates are brought one at a time, for everyone to taste up to 25 different selections on the weekly menu. The wines are served by quartino (250ml) carafe, to allow for pairing and sampling across an extensive list focused on European and South American wines. The interior is elegant yet casual, offering seating in booths or banquettes, at low or high tables, and at the dining bar overlooking the kitchen. If you prefer dining outdoors, grab a table on the courtyard patio, where you'll hear live music on Thursdays.

We just left Mt. Crested Butte after a two-week stay, and this was one of our favorite meals. Great martinis, wine and service to go along with excellent food. My husband and I shared three vegetable dishes, three seafood dishes, two desserts and three different wines with a tab of around $200, a bit indulgent (for the amount of food... More

Yes! They have incredible brussel sprouts, but they also have an amazing Antelope leg, beef spare ribs, arugala salad and DO NOT pass up the duck leg as it is TO DIE FOR! I am a self proclaimed foodie and this place knocked my socks off! We met the chef and she was kind and humble, yet genius! Our server,... More

I would highly recommend checking this place out if you like small plates and wine. Their quartinos of wine are a phenomenal idea - basically a third of a bottle at a third of a bottle price so you can mix and match a few wines. I wish more restaurants would do this. It allowed us to try some wines... More

The small plate menu allows for a wide range of dishes, particularly nice when some in the party are vegetarians, while others aren't. Particular hits were mussels, a beet salad, mushroom strudel, duck leg, flatbread, scallops & hangar steak. The only slight miss was a bland shrimp risotto. The service was friendly & helpful with a wine selection

This is a small plate restaurant--but the small plates were actually larger than small plates I have had at other places. Service was excellent. Food was good. Not inexpensive. Would recommend.

The food and atmosphere were excellent, as was the service. The brussels sprouts were to die for. I also liked the lobster risotto, and the polenta-crusted artichokes were also very good. This is a place to splurge, as it is a bit pricy, but considering the quality of the food, well worth it.

My husband and I came here for dinner base on their great reviews and after checking their menu outside. After our evening, I have to agree with the great reviews. We sat at one of the tables overlooking the kitchen area, which provided dinner with a show. The 3 of the 4 plates we ordered - trio of nibblers, a... More

Django's is always our splurge meal on our winter trip. Atmosphere is more intimate and sets a romantic mood. As a vegetarian, I am pleased with their selection of small plates I can indulge in. I did overhear the owner talking about adding more veg friendly options which excites me for next year! Must have - brussels sprouts! Delish. Wine... More

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Django's in Crested Butte as part of a girls ski trip. Both the food and the service were excellent, especially considering that they were serving 25 women ued to the finer things in life. This place is not the run of the mill at the bottom of the lift but rather a... More

It was our 2nd visit to Django's and it did not disappoint. Our party of 4 enjoyed 3 flatbreads, the famed Brussel Sprouts, the Colorado Bass special, venison osso bucco, flourless chocolate cake, creme brulee, and wine for $118! It was all so tasty. Do not miss the Brussel Sprouts! And make a reservation. If you don't want a high... More
