As others have stated in their reviews, this restaurant is attractive, has an interesting fine dining menu and seems to be the up scale choice for a nice dinner at Copper Mountain. We were all looking forward to a enjoyable evening. However, both the food and the service left much to be desired. Arriving for a 7:15 reservation, we were... More

We (2 adults, 3 kids) had an excellent dinner on a snowy night when I-70 was closed. The atmosphere is upscale, so definitely no coloring books for the jr crowd. The host did a great job accommodating our family and our very wet coats and accessories. The service (Anna) was top notch, food came out quickly and cooked to perfection.... More

We've eaten here fairly regularly over the years and the experience has been a little frustrating every time. It's a great location, the restaurant looks attractive and the menu interesting ..... but it's certainly not cheap, and somehow I've always left feeling that the evening hadn't lived up to expectations or the size of the check. I think the service... More

A shame that the dreadful service from Cliff marred what could have been a great evening as the food was delicious. Hope for those that go after us they do not experience the same.

We are regular visitors to Copper Mountain. Our family always takes the time to visit CB Grille once during our stay. It is a welcome change to relax and enjoy something other than pub fare on the mountain. On a recent visit I ordered the Grilled Pork Chop. I have to say that after many visits to CB Grille this... We used to visit CB Grill every Saturday during ski season and even made time during the summer. The food used to be outstanding and special, the service attentive to make us feel special, and the wine selection as well as the recommendations were outstanding! We thought why even go to Breck or Vail to find such an outstanding restaurant.... More

We ate here twice during our ski week at Copper. We had the mussels app ( absolutely wonderful) shared by 4 adults, salads, trout, pork chop, steak...all of it was beautifully presented , but most importantly, flavors were scrumptious. Good desserts, good cocktails, nice wines. Friendly staff.

This is the most upscale restaurant at Copper. Usually good food and service, though occasionally seems like waiters had hard day of skiing. The special occasion place. Nice wine list, and pleasant, fairly upscale bar.

We ate here for the second time tonight, on our first visit I had the lasagne, which was delicious! Regrettably it had sold out tonight but I had the blackend chicken with shrimp instead, this was really lovely. We are a famiy of 4, with two teenagers who can be hard to please but they throughly enjoyed the burger and... More

I ate at CB Grille back in December. Snow wasn't that good so Copper was almost deserted. Even with that, there was a pub crawl that night and CB was 1 course so about 1/2 hr after I got there the place got very busy. The staff did a great job of handling the quick fill up and my service... More
