The product line is good for their customer base but often times they are understaffed. This is not the place for your perfect latte.
We are big fans of Panera. It's good for morning coffee -- you serve yourself, so you can refill as desired. the pastries are always fresh and delicious. We enjoy eating lunch here as well. Sandwiches are tasty and there are lots of choices in combining soup, salad & sandwich. We find ourselves at Panera frequently and I can't think... More
We really enjoyed this CO Springs Panera Bread! The Panera Bread chain is one of our favorites for more upscale fast food. Our food was very good. It takes a bit longer than the average fast food restaurant but it is always well worth the wait. They have such a nice variety of sandwiches, soups, and salads. I love their... More
It has been awhile since I have visited a Panera location. I have found that their menu is challenging for vegetarians and for people avoiding carbs...even their vegetarian soup has wheat in it! I ordered a simple tuna sandwich on baguette. It was good. I declined the chips and side of bread! Huh? This is a place for bagel lovers...not... More
The food selection is wonderful and the price is decent considering most of the food is sustainable or organic. I really like Panera's food, but whenever you go it's always very crowded and hard to find a seat. Then you have to wait a while for your food. The staff is nice and apologizes for the wait, but we don't go here often because of the crowded parking and crowded restaurant.
I dropped into Panera Bread on eing told it was a great place to get some coffee and cake. I got myself a breakfast consisting of a Cherry pastry, a breakfast sandwich and accompanied with a cup of tea. The cherry was a little too crunchy and not made with fresh cherries. The bread was worse than McDonald's but par... More
One of my favorite places to eat. Love their soups! Each bowl comes with a large piece of bread - can't be beat on a cold day. Great, friendly staff. Fast service. Sometimes crazy busy, but worth the wait!
While their pastries are good and usually very fresh - it is cheaper to go to a normal bakery. But if you are in a hurry, this is an alternative.
My first experience at Panera Bread was disappointing. I am not a big fan of chain restaurnats, but I had heard such wonderful things. I thought the service was slow and unfriendly. The sandwich was just thrown together and the end result was sloppy, cold and unappetizing. Maybe it is just this branch at Southgate and the others in town... More
