Great atmosphere, wonderful brews of beer, and creative/fun dishes that you can't get anywhere else. I've never had a bad or forgetful meal here!

Combine a renovated historic building, great food and of course great beer and you have Phantom Canyon Brewing Company. Excellent service too.I had the lamb sirloin which was great. I wish I lived in Colorado Springs so I could go back soon.

Recently dined with my family at the PCBC and had a delicious meal and sampled several of their craft beers. Tried both the Continuum and Railyard Ales, both were good, but the Continuum was really unique and superb. Great location and the atmosphere was wonderful, nice ambiance high activity level, yet not too noisy or load. Dinner entrees were very... More

Phantom Canyon has a wonderful selection of beers. My favorites are the IPAs and there are two. There is a wide variety of food from pub selections to "fancy." the big negative if you go after 5PM is the noise. Almost impossible to have a conversation.

Loved that the menu wasn't the same old same old. Had a delicious lunch; everyone enjoyed what they ordered from the Hoisen Chicken sliders to the Bison burger. Somewhat older worn decor and furnishings but, comfortable and easy place to be.

Pretty easy to find, corner location in downtown Colorado Springs - both pay and free parking available. Restaurant is nicely set up with plenty of room between tables and was pretty clean - but the music was so loud it was hard to hear our normal conversation - let alone order food. Menu has a good selection of pasta, beef... More

My husband and I enjoyed sampling some beers during Happy Hour. The beers were well crafted and delicious. My husband loves IPA and he enjoyed two different varieties here. Unfortunately we had plans for dinner or we would have stayed to sample the food which looked yummy. The staff was pleasant and we ended chatting with a local employee who... More

The beer and food menus are great. The place also has a pool hall on the second floor which is great for killing some time in the evening if you are in town for business. The staff is very friendly and tries to make sure you are having a good time.

That says it all - I love this place. Food is good. The beer samplers are the way to go if you want to taste some good brews but don't want to drink a lot. The staff is friendly. We stop here anytime we are near the springs.

This is an outstanding place to meet friends, have a drink, and grab a delicious bite to eat (the Nachos with green chili are fantastic). The service is good and the location is convenient for anyone exploring downtown Colorado Springs. It is a great place for dinner if attending a performance at the Pike's Peak Center.
