Description: Enjoy panoramic views, contemporary cuisine with a regional influence, award winning wine menu, fantastic service and live dinner music. A crackling fireplace sets the mood. Chef David Gutowski was recently invited to present dinner at The James Beard House in Manhattan where he cooked each course with Colorado meats, cheeses fish and produce. The dinner was sold out before it hit the calendar. Come and enjoy the cuisine of this rising star!

I have eaten here many many times, and it's surprising the food and experience gets better each time! I have had, or have shared, almost everything on the menu, and i enjoy them all! I am not much of a red meat person, but from everything i have tried, I can highly recommend for appetizers, the Pork Belly, Potato Gnocchi,... More

I have to say that I went to this restaurant in 2012 and was disappointed so had a leap of faith when I returned this year. I am glad to say that this time it was almost flawless. Great choice of dishes and the four of us all thought that each dish was executed with style and finesse. The room... More

We stayed at the Pines Lodge, where the restaurant is located. We were amazed that some friends staying at other hotels were driving to our hotel just to enjoy the restaurant. Every single menu item is done to perfection. A must while being in Beaver Creek.

Enjoyed a great meal. Albacore tuna app was delicious, special mushroom soup was earthy and rich and really enjoyed it. My husband had the elk which was cooked perfectly. I had the lamb shank that fell off the bone and had great flavor. Kids enjoyed steak and cheeseburgers and both loved the truffle attorney tots off adult menu. Beautiful view... More

I haven't had such an enjoyable dining experience since Lorenzo's in Cabo last summer. The man playing the piano was so classy and enjoyable, and he could sing very well! This set the tone along with a quiet and comfortable dining environment and excellent food! I had the lamp and it was cooked perfectly with amazing side flavors and perfect... More

"Elegant" is not a word I use lightly. The staff was excellent, the chef terrific and you really get the feeling you are eating at your club, your club. That nice. We drank a less expensive *wine and our wonderful meal averaged $110 per person. Not at all bad for this wonderful cuisine and service. *K vintners Walla Walla Washington... More

Food was ok but not for the prices. Food had excellent presentation but was nothing spectacular. I had their "special" pork chop that was kind of dry and tasteless except for the "pretzel" crust, The average bottle on the wine list was well into the hundreds of $$. We had a nice bottle recommended by the wine steward, one of... More

Great service and food. I had the Elk Tenderloin and it was fantastic, my wife had the Duck Breast Trio and it was also fantastic. Cudo's to the Pines Lodge for having such a great restaurant on location.

This was as fine a meal as we have ever enjoyed. The service was excellent, as was the food. The gnocchi and sashimi-tuna tartar appetizers and the elk, duck and the steak entrees were especially tasty. This was not inexpensive, but I felt it was worth it. Look forward to eating here again in the future.
