Even for being somewhat off-season, the location, atmosphere, staff and food were exceptional. A memorable place to go for anniversary dinner.

Beautifully presented plates with eloquent and bright flavors. Halibut dish was fresh, light, and full of flavor. The candied Budda's hand on the foie gras was a delightful accompaniment. Beautiful restaurant, friendly staff, and amazing food. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Thanks!
For any Beaver Creek visitor that loves food, Splendido at the Chateau is a must visit! This restaurant has been in Beaver Creek for over 20 years now and it is still amazing. They consistently have great service and their food is amazing. I would recommend the rack of lamb in pomegranate juice or the elk but their really isn't...

We had the best time! Incredible piano and guitar playing, atmosphere and food. the Colorado specialties are not to be missed, as well as the desserts. Everything about the restaurant deserves praise. Keep up the great cooking!

The Buffalo Tenderloin and Short Rib was terrible, it was like eating shoe leather and had an off taste. I eat all kinds of wild game and never had anything tis bad. My wife's Salmon dish was average at best. For the price one would expect more.
The food is unique, delicious and served in a beautiful setting. You can go as a group or for romantic evening
Beautiful winter wonderland ride to the restaurant. Inside it's cozy and has a huge fireplace. The menu is varied and everyone raved. From the incredible crab cake appetizer to the buffalo tenderloin or the potato stuffed lobster and top it off with baked Alaska flamed at your table. Everyone shared and loved it all. Incredible wine list too!
This was not only the best restaurant we found in Beaver Creek, but maybe one of the best meals ever. The atmosphere is beautiful and there was live music during dinner. Service was perfect - very attentive and knowledgeable staff, timing was just right. Great selection of wines, and the food was unbelievable. We had the elk loin and buffalo...
