They have their own produce gardens on the property, so the vegetables on your plate can be warm from the sun when they're served. One of us had very good food, well-prepared, but the other ended up with a dish that was very disappointing (tough lamb slices and rather blah lamb sweetbreads). The service was very good, but for the relatively high prices both dishes should have been perfect. We really should have sent the lamb dish back.

We ate at Lucy Restaurant at Bardessono on February 14, 2013. Lucy is the name of the restaurant at Bardessono and I have reviewed it under the name Bardessono, which is the hotel where it is located. It is somewhat confusing, because if you want information on Lucy Restaurant you will find it listed as Bardessono in most places.

An excellent idea which has just started, the 4:30pm to 6:30pm "Happy Hour" was a great way to get together with friends yesterday.
All $10, $11, and $12 bar food items are half-price, as is the wine, so an excellent Napa Valley Conn Creek Cabernet Sauvignon at $6 per glass. Who could resist?
