Always a nice spot for an informal meal and glass of wine. The owner is friendly and always there to make sure things are right. Food is good, prices more than fair. Live jazz always a plus. Make sure to have the artichoke soup if it is on the menu when you're there - I think its a Friday item.

Lovely downtown San Mateo spot. Their panini sandwiches, bruschetta and salads are all delicious! The service is a delight - and if you visit often enough they remember just what you want to order! All this plus not very expensive and often live music!
