The best restaurant I have been to in years. The service was great as was the food. I love being called "Madame".

You might have seen this place on the food network's Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. We go there for the small neighborhood, non-commercialized, old-world charm; and the BEST bread in town! Now when I go to any other restaurant where they serve bread/sandwiches it makes me appreciate how great the bread could have been only if it was made at Cafe...

All I can say is wow!! I went to this restaurant for a late lunch because of the reviews I read here and its proximity to the Sacramento Zoo. It's a very quaint cafe with great service and yummy food. I had the warm smoked salmon sandwich with salad (amazing!), french soda and the raspberry creme brulee for dessert (fantastic!)....

We have been trying many Sacramento Restaurants and this tops the list. It is a small, charming restaurant with knowledgeable, attentive staff. The food is absolutely authentic to that we have had during many trips to France. We had the starter of smoked salmon with creme fraiche: a large serving with an amazing match of flavors. Then we had poached...

What a lovely treat in East Sacramento. The food is authentic French, not heavy with sauces but well-crafted and delicious. My mom had the quiche and salad and swore it was the best quiche she's had in her 85 year old life. I had a salad with salmon and it was so fresh and light and savory... get there before...

Took a chance on this cafe simply based on the reviews. Everyone was exactly right. Very authentic French cafe in every way. Delicious food (Stacy's Favorite, prawns & lentils, choc. creme brulee). Reasonable prices.
My wife and I loved it. It says something about a restaurant when you show up 10 min. before opening (at 11am), and there are already...

Fresh crunchy bread, gooey gruyere and French ham on my croque Monsieur was to die for! It gets crowded, is closed on Saturday night, and the parking is horrendous but it's worth it!! The cafe creme was just like I had in France. C'est tres Bon!
This place is great. I had the "Stacy's favorite " sandwich and my wife had the smoked salmon sandwich. Both were hot sandwiches and were delicious. Cafe Rolle is a small restaurant in east sac. We went for lunch.....be mindful that it gets bsy and crowded quickly. The service was great. This place is on my once a month nice...

This is a small cafe with a limuted seating capacity, but it is worth waiting if necessary. The food is all made fresh from scratch. The cheeses, ham, bread are all first rate. They are open for lunch and dinner. They also cater and provide cooking classes. The owner is the chef and he is quality driven. There are a few...

Three of us came for lunch and we had 3 different types of salads. It might not be clear from the attached pictures, but these entree salads were put on to salad plates. The salads did not look as appealing as they could have looked as the plates were inappropriately small for the amount of food on them. And also...
