Parker's has the softest bun enclosing a scrumptious hot dog in which I ate all of! I highly recommend the food; but, the atmosphere is awkward. Quiet, lacks fun, and, I will take food to go next time.

Have tried to find steamed dogs and buns in many cities across the US, have found only one other place. Parkers eatery is dingy but clean. They use top quality long dogs from Caspers that do not burp up later.

location was a little warm inside. I had a polish dog. It was pretty good. Seemed expensive. Had a classic feel.

Stopped in at the Roseville Parkers Hot Dogs in Roseville for a pleasant lunch and was waited on one of the Grumpy old men. Ordered a chili dog that was just okay….won’t go back.
