I've eaten here twice on my way home from San Francisco to Tahoe. The service is prompt and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed. You can dress up or down and feel comfortable. I love everything I've tried on the drink menu, and the food is great too!

Lots of starch and meat, and all well made. The place is noisy, so don't come expecting a quiet intimate date. Best for families looking for a fun night out with good old fashion comfort food.

We had a really good lunch...food was good. The restaurant is decorated with some really unique photos of familar spots in Placerville.

The food is good, but a remodel with new glossy ceilings makes the place way too noisy. You can't have a conversation at the table. We won't be back, because we like to visit with our froiends while we eat.

It's just a fun people place to be. Perfect for business people and anyone else who can afford a little more. However, the quality is excellent and great tasting.

We dined on a Tuesday evening and the restaurant was crowed, obviously an indication of good food and atmosphere. Our picks was the Salmon and Filets respectively. Both items were cooked exactly as ordered. The server was friendly and attentive. The wine list was so so. We suggested they add a few local wines to their list as they do... More

This place has the best burgers and wonderful salads. The staff is great. Parking sometimes can be a problem.

We had a group of 6 into Bricks for lunch in July. All of the entrees we ordered were superb--the Scottish Salmon was raved over by the 2 people who ordered it. The Portobello Mushroom burger was very unique and I really enjoyed the Malibu chicken sandwich. The staff was very flexible, basically constructing a "special" burger for one of... More

Bricks is part sports bar, part tasty restaurant, and is becoming something of an institution on Main Street. The food is great, from the lamb chop appetizer to the burgers and salads and sandwiches. Dinners have proven to be equally tasty and consistent. And they even have gluten free bread to make things like the reuben and the tuna melt... More
