Description: The Restaurant at JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery offers dining guests a unique respite from the oftentimes “table turning” frenzy of the ever competitive restaurant scene. We are an oasis of quiet and genteel elegance located 18 miles west of picturesque downtown Paso Robles. The approach to The Restaurant at JUSTIN is majestic as the final sweeping turn reveals the rugged Santa Lucia range and our restaurant, nestled within our vineyards. This extraordinary landscape sets the bar unusually high for our patron’s dining expectations. We have exceeded that challenge in both culinary adventure and in the range and depth of our Wine Spectator Award of Excellence Wine List. Executive Chef Will Torres takes full advantage of “farm to table” local offerings including produce and herbs from our own Chef’s Garden. Blending and bending savory and sweet, nouveau and traditional, Chef Will’s food delivers nuances of urban sophistication and down home delicious.

There are new owners at Justin's and we are hoping that our lunch is not an indication of the changes that have been made because of this. Previously we loved dining at Deborah's for dinner. This trip we decided to try lunch on the patio. Service was excellent on a busy Thanksgiving weekend afternoon. Wine tasting has moved from this... More

Attentive service, scrumptious decor, and cuisine to write in your journal about. An intimate and memorable dining experience highlighted by exceptional wines made on premises. Top flight, certainly and without doubt.

Since the break up/divorce and the sale of the winery, the new name is The Restaurant at JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery. It is an amazing experience. The whole restaurant I think seats about 20 people. Maybe six tables total. The quality of the ingredients is unmatched. When you compare the five course prix fix (some items have supplemental charges) with... More

We enjoyed a two hour dinner at Deborah's Room. The restaurant has only five tables and it is very romantic. The food was amazing and the service impeccable. The staff made you feel like you were the only one in the room having a amazing dinner.

Great food on the patio. My husband and I split 3 items on the menu, and went with the wine pairings recommended. Everything was really delicious. We started with the cheese plate, which came with Pistachios and a little mixed greens. All the cheeses were excellent, and the flavors went very well with the white wine. The 2nd course was... More

We celebrated my birthday dinner at Deborah's Room. The room itself is quite small and cozy. We were treated to complimentary champagne due to my birthday, which definitely got us started off on the right foot! I have to say, the meals we had were among the best we've ever had! Every course was pure heaven! The service was fantastic.... More

This is not a place I'd take my children. The dining room is small and intimate. I think it has about 10 tables. Food is delicious. If you are staying in Paso Robles (downtown), please have a designated driver. Yes it's worth the effort. I always do the wine pairing. I've eaten there three times. Don't wait....

If you want a small, intimate dining experience eat here. Reservations are required as there are 4 or 5 tables and the drive isn't short. Our female server was great and the food was incredible. I have been to very nice restaurants, but nothing like this. The ambiance was beautiful and there was only one other table so it was... More

Deborah's is quite a drive (especially in the dark) from Paso but well worth it. A warm & cozy lobby invites you into an intimate dining room with only 6 tables. Be prepared for an experience that pays attention to every detail. The service is friendly but very professional. Each course was delicious with creative presentation. We chose the wine... More

Deborahs room is quite pricey to begin. The food and wine pairings are amazing but make sure to take a car because there is alot of GOOD wine!
