We had dinner at recently opened after remodeling Royce and enjoyed it very much. Excellent food, service, atmosphere. Of course it was pricey but worth it.

The Royce has just been retooled to a fine dining steakhouse. All the usual suspects of steaks, chops and seafood. The steaks are cooked on a wood burning grill. If you are a guest of the hotel, you receive a discount for dining.

Great views, service and food. Not inexpensive. We weren't in the mood for steak, but the pork, shrimp and fish were excellent.

For a steakhouse, it wasn't up to our expectations. I feel like I've had better filet/ribeye at Houston's! Ordered the filet, and it was well done, no pink to be found. (FYI: I asked for just a "hint above medium," as I like the pink without blood on my plate). My husbands ribeye was cooked as well, more "medium-well" than... More

I was here on opening night and you would have never known that. Our server was spot on, friendly and sincere. We had the warm kale salad on the suggestion of the server and it was great. Then we had the cote du boeuf for two. It was one of the best steaks I remember having though the end pieces... More

Very nice restaurant. Elegant. Great food. In the beginning of our dinner it was great service. After some clients showed up servise was very average. We had to ask to poor our wine and ask for more water. It's annoying because it's not cheap place. We spent over 900 dollars for 4 people ( we had our own wine). If... More

Had reservations for 11 on a Prix Fixe menu and it was great. I expected heavy saucy over the top rich frenchie food and that is not what we got. We had a fabulous 5 course meal, with Wagyu Beef, an incredible fish that I cannot remember the name, great cavier appetizer, wonderful dessert and AMAZING service. We LOVED it

We spent the night at the Langham with another couple to celebrate the husband's Birthdays that day. The hotel staff is so friendly and accommodating we were shocked by our reception at The Royce. Keeping in mind we were guests of the hotel at the Club level, had made reservations well in advance AND informed the it was a double... More

it was a great evening celebrating my husband's birthday here. Services were outstanding, making you feel welcome and treated you well. We both had the tasting menu, cost $125 per person. Wine pairing is a must try because they did a great job pairing the wine with all your dishes, from start to the end. Though we do not like... More
