This was our third time dining at Reposado. This time we met a relative there. We had the guacamole with tortilla chips and plantain chips for appetizers. Both were outstanding. All three of our entrees were outstanding. The desserts were very good. The restaurant is a little noisy. It was very busy, but our waiter was right on top of... More

What a treasure of a restaurant! It is busy and active - a little noisy. The decor is comfortable and light with great colors throughout. The service was good - at its busiest it took too long to get a second beer. The food was delicious. Fresh guacamole (you can order it without cilantro!) and fish that was done well.

Sat at bar with wife for quick bite. Service was very quick and friendly. Ceviche was fresh and clean with wonderful citrus enacted flavor. First greeting and last were friendly. Asked twice how we liked our meal. Wine list was surprising sophisticated. All in all, a very good experience and would definitely would go back.

Buzzy mexican with an interesting menu in Palo Alto. Packed at 6.30pm on Saturday evening although I was able to get a table straight away and as a lone diner away on business felt very comfortable in the large open dining room. Good, rapid service even with nearly all tables full. Excellent food. Tostada de ceviche (3 varieties of salmon,... More

I really enjoyed eating at this restaurant. I love the big windows that look out over the downtown area. The restaurant is a little noisy, as others have noted, but not so much so that I wouldn't eat here again and recommend it to others. The food was really interesting combinations. I wanted to try a little bit of several... More

My wife and I stopped in late on a Sunday afternoon after touring the Stanford campus. Not surprisingly, the restaurant was pretty quiet, with only one other table of the huge lower-level dining area occupied and one person drinking at the bar. We each opted for the house margarita--which, in truth was a little *too* well-made so I opted for... More

Very nice authentic Mexican restaurant with a lot of character in downtown Palo Alto. The establishment is large, with a two-floor capacity of 160. They feature an impressive choice of tequila and margaritas (mine was great) and an array of traditional if not high end Mexican dishes that everyone in our party of five enjoyed. I especially liked the pacific... More

While in Palo Alto with my husband who was on business there, we popped into Reposado's after a recommendation from our hotel receptionist. My other half was reluctant to go in because it looked so busy and we didn't have a booking... Well let's just say I'm glad I pushed him to go in :) We sat at the bar... More

First time at this restaurant and no plans to return. The tables for two along one wall were VERY close together. Too close for comfort. The noise level in this restaurant was HIGH and makes any kind of dinner conversation impossible. Added to this was very loud music. It was impossible to even hear the waiter. I came away thinking...
