A little spendy, but worth it! They have 2 kinds of minestrone soup: I recommend the one with beans because it was amazing! Fresh pesto for your bread and the portobello mushroom ravioli. They also have a deal on their menu when you can pick from an assortment of different kinds of pasta and then choose a sauce/style to compliment... More

Our second trip to this restaurant found us as pleased as our first. Our first visit was in the spring for lunch and the restaurant enjoyed quite a crowd. This visit was in June escaping 108° temperature. The hostess and Sal the manager greeted us warmly, And I lamented they no longer had gnocchi on their lunch menu, the manager quickly... More

We ate at Sammy G's with a large group, split between two long tables. The seating area was nice, the waiters were pleasant. The appetizers were good, including the calamari. Both of our tables ordered at about the same time, but the second table waited so long for their food that the first table had finished eating before it came.... More

Sammy G's Tuscan Grill in downtown Palm Springs is a very good Italian restaurant. The outdoor seating is wonderful. The pasta is very good. I had the ravioli with cheese and spinach pasta. Others at the table had gnocchi which was proclaimed light and wonderful. Some gnocchi is very heavy tasting. This is a sister restaurant of Trilussa in Cathedral... More

Our bartender at the our hotel recommend this place and he was spot on. The staff were great, Bruce the manager made us feel right at home Both dinners were wonderful. Not always easy to find veal any more. The atmosphere was excellent and we were treated superbly. If your in Palm Springs you gotta give this place a try.

We were seated inside which was really outside. The waiter came fairly quickly and took the drink order. Then it was about 20 minutes with nobody in sight. we flagged down the water girl, who then tried to take our order. We had a couple of questions, which she then waived over another waiter to help. The meal came in... More

Okay, the ambiance is inviting. Great patio, greater upper patio, and when your in the dining room, ou feel like you are outside. Our waiter was very nice, friendly, and you can trust their knowledge of the menu. But not very attentive after for more refills etc. Big drinks, fair wine list...but...the food to me seemed average. Clams and mussels... More
