Relatives of ours who live in Monterey turned us on to LouLou's, otherwise we never wouldhave found it. Mind you, the place is small, so if you have to wait for a table, it is well worth the wait! We had breakfast, and the food was good, and it was a nice addition to our Monterey experience.
