Always enjoyed the cocktails and wine list, but dining is another special treat at Paradise Grille. Something for everyone, and a good location for meeting locals, Happy hour is very popular.

This little culinary secret is off the 5 freeway at Rancho Santa Fe, on the Del Mar border. The food is very good and the ambiance is pleasant. The garlic fries are delicious. Have never had a better burger than at this restaurant. Very close to the Del Mar Race Track.

The Paradise offers a great menu of appetizers: firecracker shrimp, macadamia nut dusted calamari, ahi poke crisps, lovely salads, brick oven pizza, and a variety of burgers, fish, chicken, meat and pasta dishes. We love to sit at both bars and outside...servers are friendly and non-fussy. They offer a great happy hour with many martini and wine selections.

Hope they have gotten better but the times we went the service was some of the worse we have received.

I had a very pleasant experience at the Paradise Grille. Our party of four was seated outside in a very pleasant courtyard. The waiter was attentive and the food was very good. I don't know what the other reviewers on are on, but I sure would like some of that. The service was terrible. Food was good, but our server was rude and ignored our dinner party. Don't go here if you want to have a pleasant dinner experience. Even McDonalds has better service than this snobby restaurant.

Great food, location and ambiance..... Wold highly recommend a romantic evening out there. Take in a movie next door and take cocktails at the bar with the owner Connor afterwards.... We did and it was great.
