Has an old english pub style feel to it. If you an appreciation for microbrew's this is a must see place if you are in the area. Pub style food but you come here for the beer! All types: ales, pale ales, IPA, stout, etc. and most all are regional to northen california.

I'm addicted to the Fish and Chips at this place. The fish is (almost) always cooked perfectly. I only wish they used something other than shoestring fries for the chips. Tartar sauce is good and not too heavy and malt vinegar is on the table. Nice selection of brews on tap. Staff is nice but some are slow when it... More

EJ Phair's is a good, reliable brewpub, with a nice combination of local/regional beer selections, plus consistently well-prepared "pub fare" food selections. Wait staff are good, and provide prompt service. Other positives for EJ Phair include location (right on Todos Santos plaza), nearby parking, and a lively atmosphere that you would expect with a watering hole popular with the locals.... More

Went here to meet some English friends. The atmosphere is very lively, the tables are long and the bar is fun to sit at. Did not eat here but lots of people did.

This is a brew-pub, and I'm told the beer is great (I don't drink beer) but what I love is the food. Most of what they serve here is house-made, or seems so.The fish tacos are my favorite; I usually eat light these days and they're tasty and delicious. They have a nice selection of salads, and what I've tried have... I treated my friend here for her birthday, as she wanted fish and chips. They have really good beer and brew their own beer off site and also carry other beers on tap. This is a brew pub and they carry pub food. I have on occasion stopped in and had a small stout, which is always good. I haven't... More

The food is very good, however do be in a rush at lunch time. takes them 2o to 25 minutes after you order for them to bring you your food. Faster service would be me and my co workers back at lunch time.

Yes, there are some ways you can avoid eating fried food here but if you are going to drink beer, why bother? This is a regular hangout for us primarily for the beer. We have tried most items on the menu including the Club Sandwich, the French Dip, all of the entree salads, the Buffalo Chicken Strip Sandwich, the Steak... More

Been here a few times. Always good food, but service and beer availability can be iffy. One trip there was not enough wait staff, although the young lady was really moving trying her best. However twice they ran out of the Phair brew we had chosen. We will be back, knowing full well of what to expect.
