We ate here twice and it was excellent both times. The owner was friendly and attentive and the quality of food was excellent. The grilled mushrooms are worth a try, as is the pork fillet with beer and Roquefort sauce. A very enjoyable restaurant, well worth seeking out.

Seven outside tables in a quiet street. Swift, friendly service. The veal stifado was lemony and delicious. More unusual was lamb roasted in vine leaves - a little fat rightly left between vine and meat to seal in flavour, but easily removed. Very lightly fried courgettes also tasty.

Based on all the positives comments on this restaurant we tried it and this was huge disappointment. Probably our worse food experience in Greece ever. Waiter was not particularly friendly, he obviously missed part of the order which never came, and we have not received any apology for this. the waiter was very kind. all the plates were delicious and prepared after our order. it is located in a picturesque alley. furthermore,it has very low prices.

If you wonder just a few metres away from the main street of nafplio, you will find this hidden gem. It's amazing how much better the food is, and much better value, if you bother to look for it. On a quiet back street, this place served us flavoursome food at a good price and with a smile.

Very good dinner spot, especially if you are planning to stay at Pension Marianna. It is about 2 min away. We ate dinner here two nights in a row. They have a wide variety and a very pleasant atmosphere. Definitely a good choice.
