We have visited Essence if India on several occassions, and never been disapointed. The meal size is generous, staff friendly and knowlegable. Would recomend, and have recommended to many.

Last month I went to Ullapool it's a great place but when I look Indian restaurent after I went to eat them and its fabulous food mind blowing service everything nice

After reading the bad reviews we thought we would give it a try, they were right on the atmosphere and poor service, but the food was reasonable even if it had grated cheddar on top of the curry

Only recently have i changed my mind about liking curry after having a "Lapiaza" from ullapool indian restaurant. Unfortunately i have not found a curry which comes close to this?? Great food and good value for money but service can be slow

Ordered mild food, mildest food I have ever encountered in an indian.....dishes too sweet.........service and cleanliness good

We had a realy nice evenning meal in essence of india restaurant. Staff are realy good & friendly and the food was fabulous. Its a great value of money. we will back again soon. Best of luck guys.
