Description: Our inspiration for Mike's Place comes from the Deep South. Old brick, wrought iron, fountains and plants surround the interior of our restaurant. The atmosphere of old New Orleans is richly steeped in old world traditions and early European culture. Keeping with these traditions, we feature only the highest quality shrimp, fish and shellfish from the Gulf Shores and serve only premium cuts of beef. Each member of Mike's staff has been extensively trained and takes pride in providing the level of service you deserve. Much of the population in and surrounding Conway have vacationed in New Orleans and the Emerald Coast at some time or another. Mike's Place emulates this power to entice, enchant and intrigue with the quality of food, service and atmosphere that sets the standard not only Faulkner County, but throughout the state.

We were traveling to northern Arkansas and decided to stop here in Conway and eat based on prior reviews. Surprisingly disappointed. For overall best restaurant in Conway, this is it. Intimate and refined without being pretentious. Best New Orleans style food this side of Lake Pontchartrain. Great service and staff. Alway great.

Have to say that this place is the real deal. I ordered the blackened grouper on the lunch menu, which wasn't on the lunch menu, but they accommodated my wish. The Bomb!! We really enjoyed this place. We went for lunch one day and dinner the next night. We were in town for softball games and someone recommended this to us. The food was great as is the service and atmosphere. Check it out if in the area.

I live in near LR and am delighted to find an excuse to be in Conway so that I can eat at Mike's Place. The decor is gorgeous and the food never fails.

Mike's has got a great atmosphere, good waiters and excellent food. For my brother's birthday we called and asked if we could bring our own cake, they said no problem and were most accommodating when it was time to serve it. My daughter chose this restaurant to celebrate her birthday. The food was delicious. The service was great. I also enjoyed the beautiful art. Mike's Place is a great place for dinner especially for a special occasion.

This is where my wife and I had our first date a few years ago. This past weekend we went back for a special dinner, and it was just as wonderful. Everyone is kind, and the food is wonderful.

We were in town to watch my cousin play baseball. In between games, we ran to Mike's after many recommendations from locals. We were able to place a togo order for him and run in back to the field in less that 20 minutes so that he had a more filling meal for his second game. They were so wonderful... More
