Just looking at that picture of the brats and sauerkraut make my mouth water. The food is authentic German cooking. Great place to have dinner with friends.

Every time I take the a trip down to Sierra Vista, I put this place on my list of places to go. The food is consistently great and tastes like a hearty home cooked meal. I ALWAYS get the potato salad when I visit-makes my mouth water thinking about it! I've tried the Raumschnitzel (onion cream schnitzel) and the goulash-delicious.... More

I am always full after I eat here! I love the food it's worth the price of the meal. It's cozy and cute not fussy or fancy. The only thing I don't like is that the bathroom is in the bar Nextdoor and my grandmother was hit on by a drunk guy! She however liked it lol. I hold it... More

We here twice. The first time I went I was just hoping it was a bad day. The service was awful dishes were not cleared and food was brought out whenever the waitress decided, my party was finished eating by the time I got my food. The wait time was very lengthy. The "pommes" were obviously just frozen and the... More

This was a delicious discovery for us! We rode up from Bisbee for lunch to try it based on the reviews on TA. Food is s-o-o-o good...you won't go wrong here! Loved the onion creme schnitzel, hot potato salad and coleslaw. My husband had the saurbraten with bread dumplings. We walked out totally satisfied and are sad that we won't... More

Don't know if I was just there on an off day, but I was very disappointed with the food and service. I love German food and drove all the way from Tucson just to try this cafe. The food didn't really strike me as "German." The "pommes frites" were just Ore Ida crinkle cut frozen French fries. The Wiener Schnitzel... More

Loved the choice of entrees and beverage selection. Very good prices and quality of food. The wait staff was excellent. It was very close to our hotel so we walked over and got to see a few sites along the way. Great experience.

Small locally owned Resturant. Food was authentic and nicely presented. Note seating is limited so get here early. Service was excellent. This is a little hard to find but well worth the effort. I stayed nearby for four nights and ate here twice.

My husband had the schnitzel. It was tasty but not warm enough. I had the sauerbraten with red cabbage and dumplings which was served at the right temperature and very tasty. We had a white cake with cherry and cream frosting for dessert that was excellent. The restaurant serves about 40. It has plastic tablecloths.

The exterior of the building does not do this restaurant justice. The service provided was excellent. The sauerbraten was delicious and fork tender. The cheesecake was very good especially with apple slices contained within. I thought I knew what authentic German food was like. Will be back again very good A+++
