Good pizza (gooey cheese, tasty crust, just the right amount of pepperoni), very friendly and accommodating service & a reasonable price.
In the culinary wasteland that is Prescott, AZ, one cannot have great expectations. Rosas does not disappoint. The atmosphere is very casual and the noise level is high. The food is mediocre, at best. Service is somewhat uneven but friendly. They do not take reservations and it is usually crowded for dinner as there are so few choices in Prescott.
I was told that this was the best food
in Prescott by a delighful young woman at a nearby realty office. I don't know if that's true, but it's far more than a pizzeria, serving chicken, veal and much, much more. I was greeted and seated by Rosa herself, a veritable flurry of activity with a large serving of friendliness,...

You can tell the food must be great since even during the slow time of year here in Prescott, there is always a line waiting to eat at Rosa's.
It is a fast paced, loud NYC transplant Italian Restaurant, for us, a little slice of home.
Staff is friendly, efficient, food is excellent, pizza as close to the real thing...

We go here as often as we can. The food is always amazing, we've only had bad service once, and quite often, the owner herself is our server. She's a great lady and always makes it entertaining!
This was the best pizza ever! The crust was thin yet chewy. The toppings were delicious and the mussels in white wine sauce were great. Service was quick and professional too. Highly recommend this place for any Italian dish you could desire!

They start you with genuine garlic bread and we each had a salad. The Caesar salad...

Being originally from Long Island, i long fro great New York Italian food. About 18 months ago, Rosa's opened here in Prescott. The owners are from New York, and the food is fabulous. It is as if i am still back there
I am a new resident of the Prescott, AZ area and heard about this restaurant from a co-worker. It is downtown Prescott right on Gurley St. When I walked in, the atmosphere was pretty cool with an old style pizzeria feel to it. All the walls are brick so it is actually kind of noisy, but we had no issue...
