This is my favourite restaurant in Hermanus. The staff are friendly and efficient and it is one of the few places where dogs are welcome. The menu is interesting and the food excellent. I'm a fussy eater and Savannah Cafe caters for all the special request I had. The hands on approach from the chef creates a great atmosphere and gives you peace of mind when ordering.

We stopped by for a cup of coffee on a rainy day and the Savannah Cafe was packed, but we weren't ignored. This place has a gem of a manager/front of house guy. A regular spot we visit in Hermanus. The atmostphere is warm, cosy and welcoming. The main courses are prepared fresh. The deserts will bring you back. Worth trying the cappuchino and a piece of cake (choclate or carrot).

During our last visit to Hermanus we ate at Savannah several times. Great breakfasts and wonderful iced coffee on hot afternoons.The food, service and lovely welcome kept us coming back time after time. We'll be back in December. Thanks again from Bre and the gang.

We were recommended a visit to Savannah and boy, were we pleasantly surprised. We popped in for a quick lunchtime snack. The restaurant is fresh and clean, with large, beautiful paintings on every wall. We had an omelette and a chicken sandwich. Great lunch! Wonderful to meet owner and staff. Service was friendly and our food was excellent and not over-priced. Wish we had room to try the milk tart pancakes that the people at the next table enjoyed. We will definitely return.
