Went for a romantic evening only as a couple. The service and food choice and quality was great. Try out the Sterhuis wines, highly recommened.

We had been to Sevruga in February 2010 so decided to re-visit it on this trip to Cape Town and the service was still great! We were a table of 4 adults and 2 children for lunch and each one of us enjoyed our meal selection. I had the sushi and sashimi which I thoroughly enjoyed. The location is on...

Highly recommended by both concierge and locals. The location is great, on the V&A Waterfront. Decor is unremarkable. Service was very good. The food: expensive and so-so. Grilled prawn, tiger shrimp, l'angostine... Not a huge helping, but 650 rand. The grilled items weren't marinated in anything particularly interesting or tasty. It's a fine restaurant, but not world class.
We're always looking for a restaurant that serves good Dim Sum and we have finally found the best place in town... we tated them all and we really enjoyed it. Also have to say the service was very good.
We were surprised to find no tables available on a Monday evening at any V&A waterfront restaurants. As luck would have it, Sevruga had a table available. We were blown away. The waitress was knowledgeable and very pleasant, the menu was incredibly extensive and the atmosphere was classy, yet relaxing. As if we weren't already impressed, the food was incredible....

We enjoyed Sevruga so much that we ate here twice during a three night stay ! Cape Town retsaurants, even out of season are enormously busy, and to their credit, they fitted us in both times without reservations, despite the fact that the restaurant was heaving !
The food is excellent, the service faultless and it all runs like a...

Situated at the waterfront. Location is perfect. The food and wine is amazing. Make a reservation in advance.
Disappointingly average. Waited very long for our food. Very pleasant service though. A bit too much like yesterday's food. Men's toilets not a good advert for the restaurant.
Our family went there for Sunday lunch , it was a beautiful sunny day and we opted to take a table outside. We had a wonderful meal of Suchi and fillet steak. We were 6 persons who had starters and desert , sparking wine and beer. The Suchi was half price and you could choose to have a set lunch...

Lovely restaurant outside the V & A on the waterfront. We were shown a table outside with lovely views of the waterfront with the big wheel in the background. We were given small blankets in case we felt cold (this is the norm if u r eating outside). The waiter was very informative and explained certain dishes to us and...
