We drove past this restaurant several times and had to stop in and try it out. The food was good, and the portions were huge. Our waitress was very courtious and attentive. The restaurant was a litle dirty but everything else was good.

The waitresses were so nice on our lunch trip here. Checked on us often and were always SMILEY.
The portion sizes are enormous! I had a salad that came on an entree plate and never ended. They serve amazing Belgian waffles all day with homemade whipped cream. The MENU is huge too so everyone will be pleased with an option...

I've been here 4 times while visiting my parents in Lake Havasu. I've always been a "Famous Daves" fan when it came to bbq ribs, but the Black Bear surpasses Daves. We had dinner one night during our stay. As expected by the name, the décor is bear/ country. We had prompt, friendly service. The menu was quite extensive, serving breakfast all day, typical diner food. Food was good and reasonably priced. If we ever are in the area, I would eat there again.

We had a party of four and arrived at approx. 08:15 on Sunday morning, so we were expecting to wait for a seat. It was our lucky day and we were seated immediately.

We enjoyed dinner at the Black Bear Diner. The portions were huge, and the hot turkey dinner was one of the best I have had. We split a pie afterwards, and it was quiet good (definitely too big for one person).
