Yuk yuk. Our food was cold and the sauces had separated. Potatoes were soggy. No atmosphere, tables nearby left dirty. Nothing to recommend this place.
We arrived very late. We were tired, and did not want to travel to eat, so we at at the Fireside. The Spinach Dip was excellent. There were only a few people at the bar, so we were the only diners. My husband who is always so very picky, raved about the Chicken Wings. I had the Salmon, which was... More
If I were staying at the Hotel, and for sake of time, would think a little different about my experience. Being a townie, I was border line dissatisfied with my breakfast experience. When I walked into the restaurant, you enter thru the bar section and confronted with a hostess (un attended) podium.. After a moment or two, a lone customer... More
Because breakfast was always great, I gave them a average rating..but breakfast was a great deal, always good and the service was great. No so for lunch & dinner..very poor service and even poorer quality of food.
This is sort of a 1980s type of Holiday Inn dining room, i.e., nothing particularly attractive or compelling. It offers average at best food with average to below service. We've been there when the wait staff has seemed confused when ordering the most common drinks. The only time we go there is when there is a meeting or event we... More
the service was prompt, the people were nice, and the entertainment, (a johnny cash trbute) was very enjoyable. the owner went around and greeted all the patrons and it made me feel that he cared about us.
Everything I have ever ordered at this restaurant has been delicious, and the service is outstanding. If you sit outside on the patio, the view of the fountain is perfect. Their clam chowder is the best I have ever had, and I am a big fan of their prime rib special on Sat and Sun night. I will be back... More
Recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Fountain Hills. Disappointed they didn't have the "free" breakfast like Holiday Inn Express. They did have the Fireside Grill. We walked in at 8:45 am. No one was in the restaurant. Cook was sitting in the dining room talking with the two waitresses. We walked in and all three just looked at us.... More
I ate breakfast and lunch in this restaurant. The food was very good and the staff were wonderful. You can dine while looking at the Fountain go off. A wonderful sight and experience.
