First of all, this is a coffee shop that serves some food and gelato, don't go in expecting a restaurant. That being said, Heritage roast some damn fine coffee, and the baristas are good and pleasant to chat with. My family enjoys popping in for coffee and hot chocolate when we're downtown.

We liked this it is one of the only ones in town, but gives you a good cup of coffee and some food. Overall was very nice experience

Our decaf vanilla latte and white chocolate mocha with soy were some of the best we've had. In a downtown filled with more bars than you can shake a stick at, Heritage was a heaven for us Seattilites jonesin' for a coffee break!

Good coffee at fair prices. Decent service, fair food options and friendly staff.

I had a small mocha which was fantastic! I also bought a pound of Alaskan roasted coffee (their brand). They had pastries & food as well. Good vibe. Conveniently located & locally owned. You could tell from the aroma that the coffee was not over roasted.
