The seafood is amazing and the view is awesome. The fried seafood sampler platter with halibut, salmon, scallops and prawn is delicious and the Alaskan king crab legs are to die for!!

The grilled halibut was excellent. The baked halibut was masked in a cream dill sauce, too much. Good views of the bay. Crowd waiting for tables. They will even cook your catch for you.

We visited Captain Patties two weeks ago. We arrived around 8 pm and were seated near the windows over looking the bay. We had the grilled halibut and crab legs as an appetizer. Food and service were excellent. Highly recommend Capt. Patties

I went with others who liked it so much they wanted to go back. Wonderful setting on the Spit in Homer but food is average service is average price is not. i don't think you will see many locals there. $133.00 for two people needs to be pretty outstanding.

Our dinner was tasty (local seafood) but nothing special except the high prices. The fish was good but salads, ambience, presentation, etc didn't match our expectations. It's convenient because it is on The Spit, but otherwise I would recommend finding another place to spend your dinner dollars.
