Best restaurant I've ever eaten at in my life. I found this place on trip advisor and seen others said it was the best. my partner and I thought we would give it a go. the german part-owner was ao friendly, he talked us through each course and we chatted about the restaurant and he told us a bit about... My wife and I went to Panama in October of 2012. It was pouring down rain when we went to Guari Guari. The host met us with an umbrella and we were the only two that night. (Due to the rain and the down season). We had a fabulous 6 course meal. I hate hummus. They made us a hummus... More

I can't even begin to describe the exquisite food at this restaurant. The most amazing set meal I have ever eaten! Wish I had found this place at the beginning of my visit instead of 5 months later--check them out in the yellow booklet. Definitely a place to go! Reasonable prices and the chef has an amazing talent.

We read about this restaurant on trip advisor. First tip do not look for it in Bocas town - it is a 5 minute taxi ride at USD 2. Six course meal - very well planned and presented. Up front German host is excellent and Spanish female cook obvious professional. Good wine selection and it is a one table booking... More

Be sure to make a reservation so you won't miss dining here. Prix fare menu - incredible value. 6 courses one better than the next. we had a cold vegetable bisque with cucumber cream, garlic shrimp, a flauta type pastry with spinach, the filet mignon with an amazing Worcestershire Dijon sauce...

This place is astonishing. I never expected to find such good food in Bocas del Toro. Ozi, the owner and chef, is a fascinating and really nice guy. The atmosphere is great; a large outdoor thatched roof cabana-style building with the sounds of the surf filtering in through the surrounding tropical garden. But the star is the food. I thought... We ate here last month, really good meal for Bocas, I found most meals I had in Town were poor to average, Guari Guari was the exception, simple but good, Gazpacho, Spinach Croquette, spicy prawns, oriental chicken skewers, beef tenderloin, coconut flan. Jug of Sangria bill came to about $60...well worth it...deffo worth a visit! The German owner was very... More

You really don't expect to find a restaurant serving a 6-course menu in a place like Isla Colon so that makes it a fun and different food experience. The food was very good and the service was great. The place was next to the ocean but no view of the sea, however it was nice to hear the waves break... More

You'll need to take a short cab ride out of the center of town and even when you arrive and step into the sparse, open aired porch you still may not believe that you have just stepped into one of the best restaurants in town. There is no menu but when you make reservations and give them advance notice, certain... More
