Description: We are offering to our guests a more traditional dining experience, with its focus on Belgian cuisine with American inspiration. Chef Wiedmaier’s heart and soul is felt through the knowledgeable servers—you’ll know you’re in a chef’s restaurant as the servers speak confidently about the menu, the wine list and the cheese program. The restaurant features a list of small production, hard-to-find, yet approachable wines from around the world. Brabo is also featuring an extensive list of Belgian beers. Many ingredients are from local farmers and highlight the bounty of the region.

overpriced for the quality of food and the portions are so small, they one cannot help but fell ripped off. Service is very uneven and the front end managers do not pay close attention to what the servers are going. Whe bus boys seemed more competent that the waiters. If you do not purchase a bottle of wine, the quality... More

When walking into Brabo, I was expecting a wonderful dining experience (Considering the price point of the restaurant), however I would say my experience was about average. I had ordered a ribeye steak medium rare and while the flavor of the mushroom sauce was a treat the steak was overcooked. If they were in the ~$20/entree range I may return... More

Great place. When you are by yourself on business, sitting alone at the bar can take some getting used to. The bartender made me, and all his regulars feel like good friends. The pours were generous, the wine suggestions top notch, and the steamers, and bruschetta were delightful. I will probably not get the opportunity to return due to it's... More

My husband and I went to Brabo to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary and enjoyed our evening very much. I had been to the Tasting Room before and enjoyed it, but had never been to this restaurant so was anxious to try it. The food did not disappoint. I had the special pappardelle pasta that was excellent (if slightly, slightly... More

We asked in the Hotel about a breakfast place that was open till 11:00am. We had several choices, one of them was Bravo. I had read in your reviews that breakfast was good so we went there. I must begin by saying the restaurant has a beautiful ambiance. Navy blue leather chairs, wonderful woodwork fixtures, lovely lamps, artwork, etc. Service... More

My husband and I were staying at the Hilton just down the street from this restaurant for a work conference. We selected this restaurant from a number of places the conference organizers had reserved for the attendees for the evening, and boy am I glad we did! The service was knowledgeable and friendly, and the sommelier on staff recommended an... More

Let me start by saying, I have never written as poor a review as this one but when a restaurant touts itself as being one of the best in a city, then I think it has a standard to live up to. My husband and I walked in at 5:30 to see if there was any table available. The hostess... More

The atmosphere in Brabo is fantastic, reminds me of a classic steak house with a bit more local flavor, but honestly, the food is ok and not worth the price. If it were not a business meal, I would only have a drink and possibly an appetizer. Simply nothing special. The service was ok at best, I did need to... More

We arrived right at 10:30 AM which was closing time for breakfast. Even so they were very welcoming. Delicious breakfast. I had a light meal of greek yogurt and fruit. SO had the eggs and corned beef hash which was also delicious. Best hash I've ever had.

It's hard to believe that this restaurant receives such high ratings. The food is good, but not great, and it's very expensive. Not sure what the fuss is about. I'd recommend their other place "Brabo Tasting Room" which is right next door instead.
