Perhaps this one on Quezon Ave. Between the great Eastern hotel & McDonalds was having a bad day the order of fried chicken took longer than it should for a restaurant that does volume fried chicken. It was not as moist as I've had in their other stores. The attendents were not as helpful or friendly. The buko pandan was... More

i have been on a search to find the best fried chicken that can replace my all time favorite, i haven't found it yet, i still prefer max's good old fried chicken with its crispy skin and tasty meat. it has been a family tradition to buy their fried chicken on every special occasion even up to this day and... Labeled the restaurant that fried chicken built, Max's Restaurant is now more than just fried chicken. in fact in my last visit, we barely touched the fried chicken!! :) their servings of filipino traditional foods are mostly generous, the service was generally good and I am glad that in most restaurants, they now serve the whole young buko!

Max has always been synonymous with Fried Chicken and other native Filipino cuisine such that if you want to hold a family event in a restaurant that is reasonably priced, then this is one of the popular choices. I personally like their fried chicken and the sinigang dish.

This is the one located inside QC Circle. The service was the same, fast and the food is good. What makes this above par is the location and the types of reservation they have in the restaurant. The view was ok from outside with lots of nature and there are other nearby establishments to go to.

After a busy morning taking my Papa to the laboratory for medical work, he wanted a heavy brunch since he was fasting the night before. The good taste of Max has not changed over the years. Also we were provided excellent service by a gentleman in that establishment. I highly recommend this place. The only down side is paying for... More

When ever we have trouble deciding where to eat out Max' Restaurant is usually one of the choices. Although prices have gone up they still have budget meals. Their Kare-kare and Crispy Pig knuckles is still good as before. They also usually have promo's that can save you some cash if your on a budget. Try their deserts too especially... More

When all else fails, we go to Max's for dinner. It isn't as cheap as before but because we like the fried chicken which it serves, we tend to include this among our choice restaurants. It has included more selections in its menu which are good like the kare-kare, lumpiang sariwa, crispy pata, boneless bangus and sinigang na hipon.
