Food is excellent, the meat in particular is as good as you can get anywhere. The service is good bu possibly a little too eager - hence only 4 stars rather than 5 stars.

Great food: diversified meat and steaks, diversified sides. High quality and tasty. I just had one of the best steaks in my life. Also had a very good Margarita cocktail. Good background jazz music. A group of us went to this restaurant on President's Day. While not cheap, the steaks were outstanding and the service was excellent. You can save about 50% if you go on weekdays between 12:00 and 4:00PM. They call it "Business Lunch" in Moscow.
