“A great place to watch Pacquio fight.”

I have been going out here to watch the Pacquio fights to avoid the crowded and overpriced places downtown. Food was very good as always and the service was very good. The Resturant is located near the end of the Coastal Road next to Dumangus port. It's on the seaward side. The front of the building facing the road and the sign are in poor condition.
