It was my first time to dine at shangrila. It's by far the most expensive buffet I've been to. I thought it was exorbitant, given the food spread, but I suppose you're also paying for the shangrila ambience. Loved the poppadoms with the different dips as well as the desserts. Didn't like the area my group was stuck in though...... More

Last Sunday, we had our lunch at Shangri-La Makati. The food was great. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and the place was awesome. I love it!

We ate at Circles as a team..thought that the food would be excellent..I love shrimps but when I tasted it, nothing special! It was bland..what I enjoyed is the desert specially chocolate mousse cake, and the tropical fruits..

We found the food to be wonderful had a high afternoon tea to the sounds of amazing music from violins piano and flutes went to dinner downstairs a little pricey for wine but i guess that is because it is imported food was good you could have a la carte or order what ever you wanted from the international menu

The best thing about shang is the variety of restos available for everyone. If it so happened that one liked asian flavors better than european ones, they can go eat wherever and just grab dessert or coffee altogether after.

A must bucket list for your loved ones. Know your taste buds as to not to confused what eat, because you can not consume all what you can see. but it's all worth it. Best for the family's once in a lifetime vacation stay.

The Shang Palace at the Shangri-La Hotel offers authentic Chinese food, from several regions of China, expertly prepared, and served in a lovely, elegant atmosphere. I got for the dim sum, since it's the only place I've found in the Philippines that does it well.
