If you are in Ahmedabad and want to try traditional Gujarati food with village Ambience,Vishala is the perfect place, there is a restaurant outside where you can get food a la carte and another option is for full dinner where you can see folk dance, puppet show and delicious dinner.Apart from food Utensil Museum is also worth watching.

Good effort to continue a traditional gujarati resrsurant. Good for late evening as Ahmedabad city temptature goes up to 42 degree c. Evevning time after 8 pm is pleasant.

We were invited to this place for a get together. The place is huge and you would need atleast 2-3 hours to see the complete restaurant. The food is good, you get unlimited stuff, so that is not an issue. The menu is pretty average considering the cost per meal. The service is very good, and I did not notice... More

It is rare that a fussy eater like me finds everything we ordered in a restaurant great. Instead of going for the sumptuous Gujrati Thali, we decided to order a set of snacks and share. Each dish was brilliant and the service was also quick and efficient. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone, especially the vegetarian foodies.

We stopped here for lunch. Maybe we needed to book, but they only had mini lunch. The price was 250 something per person. The content is in the picture. We got 3 rotis, aloo sabji in gravy style, pickles, papad, salad (cucumber and tomatoes). And mind you, No refills. That's it. The food is overpriced and limited in quantity, plus... More

A little outside the city, Vishalla has been around for years. A lamp lit entrance, the fragrance of 'dhoop' (natural mosquito repellent), fresh air, open spaces, khaats (jute strung cots), puppet show, live entertainers, folk music, machaans (seating arrangement on bamboo stilts), swings, it provides a relaxing rural ambience. Also they have an old temple, an exhibition hall showing old... More
