I think that you pay just for the location, however the prices are crazy expensive. We paid around 10 euros just for two local beers.

2 stars for the location. Can't beat the 'up on the walls right by the water' setting. Everything else about this place was wrong. Slow inexperienced service, bad atmosphere, very poor food. “Cool spot”

(+) LOCATION : nice spot on top of the wall surrounding the old city VIEW : great 360 view of Cartagena. Boca Grande, Getsemani, the mountain; sights on all sides DRINKS : good variety of drinks FOOD : good food but just mostly snacks (-) PRICE : the place is cool, the prices are quite high.

This bar is ridiculous! Worst service and rip-off prices. Noone is actually coming here though the spot would be nice on top of the murallas. Better have your sundowner somewhere else!

Casa de la Cerveza has a great location; up on the walls at the end of Calle Arsenal. It has a very nice view of the bay and beautiful view of San Felipe Castle.
