We stopped by just to check out this place and it is well worth a visit. It is a rather amazing structure. It is even more amazing that the owner's father and grandfather worked here when it was a sheep processing plant and he preserved it for sentimental reasons. The architect of this place is a genius. Absolutely beautiful spot with excellent food. The wine selection was top notch and the bartenders were out of this world. Absolutely a must eat restaurant in Puerto Natales.

We visited the museum late in the PM and the restaurant only started serving at 8. We dined therefore in the bar. Tiny menu, but still good food, good ambiance, good service. DO NOT miss this place while visiting Puerto Natales.

One of my most memorable restaurant experiences ever. A truly remarkable architectural achievement - part museum - 5 star fit out. The food was the best we experienced in Chile - imaginatively prepared and beautifully presented. Excellent wine list. A long way from town (15 minute taxi ride) but worth every moment.

The restaurant showcases Chilean food and wine beautifully. Staff were friendly and attentive and some spoke English. I am advised that prices are quite high by Chilean standards, but coming from Australia, I felt that the meal was reasonable value for the caliber of the food. An old industrial asset fully renovated with charm... It is an hotel-SPa , we only came for the dinner... Top quality, good service, probably the best in Puerto Natales... I liked the guanaco meat!! Ca. 5 dollars in taxi from the centre.

Being managed by a French chef, there is no secret any more... The ambience is great, the food is well presented and of course very good. The staff is professional, good wine list.
