Chose this place because of the writeup in the local Siem Reap tour magazine and was NOT disappointed. The Khmer Curry was good and the Fish with Tamarind Sauce also excellent. Also recommend the Sweet and Sour Fish, Shrimp with Cashew Nut, and the Morning Glory vegetables. The fruit shakes were amazing (had Lime shake and tried my friend's Mango... More

We were a family group of five (Canada, Thailand, two of which Cambodian-born) and we loved the casualness and tasty meals there. We ate there twice during our four-day stay in the city and would probably have gone more often had we found the place earlier. Many, many choices of dishes offered, that's what sets it apart from the other... More

We ate here twice and both times the service was great, the food was yummy and tasty and it was cheap. It's definitely not a fancy place but I would definitely recommend it to anyone that just wants a nice tasty meal.

We had decent expectations of Father''s after seeing the TA high ratings. We were disappointed with the food, though. The french fries weren't bad, but the amok, whilst tasty, was TINY - probably about 8 mouthfuls. For the national dish I'd expect something more for the price. Maybe we came on an off day but there really isn't much to... More

The food was pretty good, especially for the price. Their espresso is excellent and priced well. This is a great place to have lunch, with Khmer, Asian and Western style food.

This place has great reviews for a reason. Not the prettiest joint, but the food makes up for it. We had the tamarind fish, which was great, and fried pork ribs. The pork ribs were also great. We came early, around 4 pm, and there wasn't any problem finding a table. Please give this place a try if you are... More

Food was fairly good. Of all our meals in Siem Reap, this was the cheapest. While we were there, though, our phones could catch the router signal but Internet connection was nonexistent. Maybe it was just a bad day.

We stumbled upon Father's while we were out walking and stopped for lunch. We shared a prawn soup (delicious) fresh spring rolls and a green papaya and chicken salad. It's still one of the best meals we've had on our trip so far.

This restaurant is located in the market area. We ate here once for dinner and once for lunch. Both times the service was casual and friendly. The food is excellent. I had the morning glory with pork and chicken with cashews. Both were very good. They also have western and a menu is posted out front. As with most restaurants... More

Choosing your dish may take some time because there is a lot of choice. Eastern and western, both very good. I also chose fish tamarind which was a good one. My husband had an excellent hamburger. When we came back the next day, the friendly lady recognised us and remembered what we ordered the day before.
