A tiny restaurant run by a Frenchman and his Vietnamese wife. The food is literally made upon ordering, so go when you have some time to spare over a good meal. The ingredients are fresh and the meals are sumptious. We went back twice during our 4 day stay, because of the cozy, familiar atmosphere and the excellent food.

I enjoyed a nice lunch in Paris Saigon. Decor is very nice and really cosy atmosphere and the food was very tatsy. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Ran by the French owner and his Vietnamese wife, this little restaurant is a oasis of peace in a hectic town. My wife and I ordered several dishes, and were given generous portions and extra plates so we could easily share each dish. Would recommend.
