The coffee was plunked on the counter, without a lid, and splashed all over my shirt. "Sorry" was the best she could offer. When I asked to speak to the manager, she happened to be it.

It's sad to say that Panera's has among the best baked goods in the area. It sad to say this since their bagels are at best mediocre with great inconsistency in their preparation many times barely baked. The baked goods like wise are average and over priced and proximate their name sake pastries. The food also tends to be nondescript...

All the baked goods looked yummy and delicious, but we only got to try the cookies and scones. Their cookies are wonderful; soft and chewy and oh, so fresh. And their strawberry and cream scone was also soft and moist; not dry as some scones can be. Really delicious. Cute atmosphere, great service, and a nice menu, which we'll try...

Friendly employees, great service, and the best veggie soup! Even though it was a warm day I really wanted soup so i stopped at Panera and oh my goodness, it was so good.
Panera is my go-to restaurant when I want a healthy and quick option for a meal. I love their cafe items and the chocolate pastries are delicious. They also post the calorie content of all cafe items so you can plan your diet accordingly.
Lots of flavors to choose from, great breads too. Everything on the menu is fresh, made to order and delicious.
What can I say. It's Panera! There all the same. If you had one then you have had them all. If you haven't been here then all I have to say to you is, crawl out from the hole you live in.
I like that they serve you soup or coffee in a ceramic mug, and not paper. They have a great choice of pastries and the soups and sandwiches are very fresh and excellent. It is a great local hangout!
I rarely go to Panera in the summer, but love going when the weather gets cold around here. Their soups are so good, especially in their bread bowls. Their breads are a close 2nd to Zingerman's. Love going here on a cold Saturday evening after a football game and grabbing an Aisago bagels with their homemade egg noodle chicken soup...
